Fair hall occupies a total area of about 16,000 square
meters and can accommodate more than 700 exhibition stalls
and passenger capacity is up to over 20 thousand.The hall
are equipped with advanced equipment include sound system,centr
air conditioning ,Monitoring System etc..The fair center
is a professional exhibition hall,and it can organize
large-scale international exhibitions,Expo,traders negotiate
cooperation meeting or other large-scale economic and
trade activities.
In the structural design of the fair hall, taking modern
exhibition into account, a steel grid and reticulation
system are selected considering the pavilion shape structural
materials, to make Pavilion modeling system with greater
freedom and various appearances. On design, the fair hall
will be divided into three harmonized modules of function、technology
and image, matching with neighboring Plaza and aisle space,
so that people、vehicles and logistics can be made reasonable
arrangements and running during the exhibition.
On the guide and arrangement of people、 vehicles and
logistics in the fair hall, there will be three 12-meter
paths to be changed as the exhibition internal transport
paths; and the crowd will be scattered to the display
regions of the HKCEC’ internal through the eye-catching
visual guidance system. There are totally six exits or
entrances. The east entrance facing Plaza is the main
entering one, while prelude hall will be set on the entrance
gate, making it convenient for the organizers and staffs
in and out. The south entrance and north entrance are
regarded to be the entrance and exit for goods in and
out transportation, moreover, the heavy vehicles can directly
get into the hall for setup. The west entrance is the
main evacuation one for going out of the hall.
