1. After On deciding to apply for the exhibition space,
prospective participants should please complete the Exhibition
Participation Contract signed and made it official with
your stamp and then mail or fax it to the organizing committee.
After accepting the application, organizers will send
a confirmation fax or e-mail to you;
2. Please remit 50% or 100% of the total rental charges
to the following designated account within 10 days after
signing the Exhibition Participation Contract. Then please
fax the bank remittance receipt to the organizing committee
(0086-766-8861813) for confirmation. In case that rental money
is not received the booth will not be reserved. All charges
are to be remitted to a designated account of Organizer, and cash
payments or in-person payments are not accepted;
3. The deadline for booth application is August 31th,
2011. Exhibitors must pay all rental charges before August
31st, 2011. Exhibitors failing to do so will be deemed
to have cancelled their participation and their booths
cannot be reserved;
4. The organizers will allocate booth locations based
on the principle of "first paid/first choice". Upon receipt
of all charges, the organizers will send the Booth Confirmation
Letter and the Exhibition Manual to the exhibitors. The
organizers reserve the right to make necessary adjustments
to the booths to assure the overall integrated effect
of the Fair.
